After 20 years, the Log Cabin Republicans still have not managed to create any change within the GOP. Instead, they’re installing self-loathing liars like U.S. Rep George Santos, and blatant homophobes like Isabella Riley Moody as one of their “Outspoken Ambassadors.” Coming out is about standing up and living your truth. And if you must compromise yourself just to earn a seat at the table with a political party that doesn’t care about you, you’re doing a disservice to the LGBTQ+ community.
